Storage permitted at Nenagh car park

Remcoll Modular International Limited has been granted retention planning permission to use a car park beside its Nenagh facility as a storage area.

The company has succeeded in applying for a change of use from car park to storage area for completed modular units and raw materials at Gortlandroe Industrial Estate.

Tipperary Co Council has also granted retention permission for a palisade fence and an electric roller gate at the rear of a splayed entrance on the southern elevation of the yard, and also the installation of a security hut.
