Regeneration funding for Ballina

An allocation of €1 million has been awarded under the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund for a Town Centre Regeneration Project in Killaloe-Ballina.

The lead authority for this is Clare County Council. The funding is for design and planning with a view to submitting a future application for funding to deliver the project.

Last month’s meeting of Nenagh Municipal District was informed that meetings have taken place with Clare Co Council with a view to progressing this project.
