More time for Ballycommon houses
Tipperary Co Council has granted an extension of duration of planning permission for 10 houses in Ballycommon.
Martin Harty has conditional permission for the construction of four detached two-storey dwelling houses and 6 six semi-detached two-storey dwelling houses at Carrig Derg, Ballycommon. Connections to existing services and associated works are included in the plan.
The planning permission expires in February of next year. In correspondence with the council, the applicant’s agent advised that the development will commence in January 2029.
The council granted a three-year extension of duration of planning permission to February 2030.
