New gym planned for Nenagh

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for a new gym in Nenagh.

TBB Fitness Ltd, which already operates two gyms in Limerick, is seeking to open a new facility at the former Jump ‘n’ Gyms indoor playground at Stereame. The plan involves removing the existing play centre and installing three padel tennis courts, a main gym and cardio machine space, male and female changing rooms, staff area and stores, and changing rooms including showering facilities, WCs and sauna.

Tipperary Co Council is assessing the proposal and a decision is due by March 16.
