Extension granted for Nenagh houses

The developer of 32 new residential units behind Nenagh’s Abbey Court Hotel has been granted an extension of duration of planning permission for the development.

Bin An Fheadain Limited has substantially completed construction of 16 semi-detached, three-bedroom, two-storey houses; eight three-bedroom, two-storey terraced houses, and eight two-bedroom apartments over four storeys at Castleway, Dublin Road. The plan also involves new entrance gates and access road to the existing holiday homes, as well as associated site works.

Planning permission for the development expires in February and the applicant sought an additional six months to complete all remaining civil, drainage and interior works, together with final certification and compliance documentation. Tipperary Co Council acceded to the application.
