Building work commences on Nenagh autism classes

St Joseph's CBS Secondary School Nenagh is delighted to inform you that the building works for three new autism classrooms have commenced and are scheduled to be completed by June 2026.

The development is comprised of two separate modular buildings and a soft play area situated on the grass section between the compound and the monastery.

The larger of the buildings will contain two classrooms and other associated accommodation and the second building will contain one classroom and other associated accommodation.

The new bus drop-off point for students in the special classes will be in front of the monastery. There will be no vehicular access onto the grounds from the Dublin Road entrance beyond the entrance to the track for the duration of the build.
