Green light for Borrisokane bible centre

Tipperary Co Council has granted conditional planning permission for a bible meetings centre in Borrisokane.

Watchtower Bible & Tract Society of Ireland has received permission for a change of use from Montessori to a community bible educational facility at the former Bright Sparks Montessori. The new facility is to be owned and directed by Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Ireland for their express purpose of holding meetings, workshops and classes.

A number of development works are planned including a new site entrance and rearranged site layout to accommodate accessible and general parking spaces. The council granted permission, subject to six conditions.
