Takeaway plan for Roscrea
Conditional planning permission has been granted for a takeaway restaurant in a building listed as a Protected Structure on Roscrea’s main street.
Michael Madden has received permission to change the use of the building, which was previously used as a shop and is currently in use as a restaurant, to a restaurant and takeaway. The upper floor of the premises is in use as an office.
Among the conditions imposed by Tipperary Co Council is a requirement for the opening hours of the development to be be restricted to 8am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday.
