The Watch Centre Junior 'A' Hurling Championship: The North Final between Nenagh Eire Og and Kiladangan will take place this Saturday, 13th September in Cloughjordan with the action throwing in at 4.30pm. Kiladangan will be aiming for back-to-back titles whilst Eire Og will be looking to claim their first title since 2021.

The Watch Centre Junior 'B' Hurling Championship: The quarter final replay between Newport and Moneygall takes place this Sunday, 14th September at 12 noon in Newport.

The semi-finals are scheduled for the weekend of Saturday 20th/Sunday 21st September with Silvermines, Ballina and Knockshegowna awaiting. The Final is fixed for Sunday, 5th October.

Junior 'C' Hurling Championship: Round 1 takes place this Sunday, 14th September, with all games throwing in at 12 noon. In Group 1, Shannon Rovers face Ballinahinch in Ballinderry, with Nenagh Éire Óg having a bye. In Group 2, Ballina meet Lorrha in Ballina, while Moneygall sit out with a bye. In Group 3, Silvermines take on Borris-Ileigh in Dolla with Newport having the bye.

The competition is made up of three groups of three teams. The team finishing top of their group will qualify for the knockout stages. Of these three group winners, two will advance directly to the semi-finals, while the third will enter the quarter finals. The two semi-finalists will be decided based on highest scores for, and both will have home advantage in the semi-final pairings. They will also be kept apart in the semi-final draw. The third group winner will have home advantage in the quarter finals and will be drawn against one of the second-placed teams, but not against the runner-up from their own group.

Round 2 is scheduled for Sunday, 21st September at 12 noon, with round 3 set for Sunday, 28th September, also at 12 noon.

Under 19 Hurling: Best of luck to the U19 teams representing the division in County semi-final action over the coming days.

On Tuesday, 9th September, Moneygall/Clonakenny faced Moyle Rovers in the County ‘B’ semi-final; no result at the time of going to press.

On Wednesday, 10th September at 7:45pm, Borris-Ileigh take on St Mary’s in the County ‘A’ semi-final, also in Coolmore Morris Park.

Under 17 Hurling: The North U17 ‘A’ & ‘B’ Hurling Finals will be played this Sunday, 14th September, as a double header in Borrisoleigh. The ‘A’ Final between Newport and Ballina throws in at 2:30pm, followed by the ‘B’ Final between Portroe and Moneygall-Clonakenny at 4:30pm.

Under 13 Hurling: Well done to the four North representatives who competed in the County semi-finals last weekend. Newport recorded a 0-15 to 1-7 win over Cappawhite in the ‘A’, Silvermines overcame Clonoulty/Rossmore 4-4 to 3-2 in the ‘B’, Lorrha Rovers defeated Galtee Rovers 1-10 to 1-7 in the ‘C’, while Roscrea claimed victory over Cappawhite in the ‘D’.

All four teams now progress to their respective finals this Saturday, 13th September, in Holycross. Lorrha Rovers will face JK Brackens in the ‘C’ Final at 11:00am, followed by Roscrea against Killenaule in the ‘D’ Final at 11:45am. Silvermines will take on Loughmore-Castleiney in the ‘B’ Final at 12:30pm, before Newport meet Moycarkey-Borris in the ‘A’ Final at 1:15pm. Best of luck to all teams in their finals!
