Pathologist Marie Cassidy to feature in Dromineer-Nenagh Literary Festival
An event with former state pathologist Marie Cassidy, in conversation with crime journalist and podcaster Nicola Tallant, will be one of the many highlights of next month’s Dromineer Nenagh Literary Festival.
Called ‘Deadly Evidence’, the discussion in Nenagh Arts Centre on October 10 will focus on Marie Cassidy’s new novel of the same name.
‘Deadly Evidence’ is a gripping page-turner that charts the course of a heroine of the mortuary who has come back from the brink once and remains determined to speak truth to power, whatever the cost.
During her 15-year career as Ireland’s State Pathologist, Marie Cassidy became known to the Irish public as a trusted figure whose expertise helped to solve murders and clarify unexplained deaths. Ticket details are at www.nenagharts.com/event/
