Walk the Ring to Move the Mast

Next week, Cloughjordan's Move the Mast Action Group will host a Walk the Ring fundraiser at St. Michael's NS in Cloughjordan on Wed 10th September at 6 pm. Anyone who would like to spend an hour or so walking the "ring" in Cloughjordan and supporting our legal case, we'd love to have you join us.

The walk will leave from St. Michael's and proceed to the woods via the Borrisokane Road, then loop back to the school via Step Road. Buggies and bikes are welcome, but you'll need helmets and hi-vis jackets to keep everyone safe. Please be aware of brief road closures and delays during the walk.

This is a sponsored walk and the schoolchildren have gathered sponsorship for the event. If you would like to make a donation, go to gofundme.com/MovetheMast or donation buckets will be available on the day.

The funds we raise go towards paying the school's legal fees in our fight against Eir's mast. But we're happy to have you there just for the craic, whether you make a contribution or not!
