Mike’s appointment marks a key milestone for SYS Financial as it continues to grow its business and reach €1 billion in assets under management by the end of 2025.
As Chief Growth Officer, Mike will lead the SYS Financial’s efforts to accelerate business growth and drive expansion, while continuing to provide exceptional, bespoke advisory services to SYS Financial’s private clients. With nearly four decades of experience in senior roles across banking, private equity, and wealth management, Mike brings unparalleled expertise and insight to his new position. Mike’s promotion reflects a sustained commitment to strategic planning and long-term client success. In his previous role as Director of Private Clients, Mike played a pivotal role within SYS Financial in building strong, trusted relationships with clients and delivering expert, unbiased advice in complex areas including wealth structuring, succession and inheritance planning, tax-efficient retirement strategies, and asset protection.
