Honour for Mackey

Borrisokane GAA Club is honouring one of our hurling heroes, the great Mackey McKenna, on Saturday, August 30, at 6pm in our club grounds, Gardiner Park. We will be unveiling a monument to commemorate Mackey’s stellar career with club and county, the highlight being the winning of four All-Ireland senior hurling medals in the blue and gold of Tipperary.

We extend an open invitation to Mackey’s club and county team-mates, all our past and present players, our juvenile players, all Borrisokane GAA supporters and anyone from neighbouring clubs who would like to join us.
