Roscrea’s Jack set for Nenagh Arts Centre

Unforgettable evening at Nenagh Arts Centre

Irish singer-songwriter Jack Keeshan will be performing in the Nenagh Arts Centre on June 28 at 7.30pm, alongside local artists Graceless, Jimmy Tooher and Luke Clerkin. The music event promises to be an unforgettable evening of heartfelt songs and powerful storytelling.

Keeshan released his highly anticipated new single, All in the Ripple on Thursday, June 12. A proud Roscrea native, Keeshan has built a reputation for crafting deeply personal songs that resonate with authenticity and raw emotion.

Having experienced more than his fair share of loss at a young age, Keeshan has channelled his life experiences into music that not only tells his story but also encourages open conversations -particularly among young men -about emotions, resilience, and personal growth.

“I’ve always tried to use music as a vehicle to promote positive change, to encourage people to show that bit of love to themselves and those around them,” Keeshan shares. “All in the Ripple is about life being like one big ripple effect, it doesn’t matter what circumstances you’re born into or where you find yourself in life, change is possible.”

As Keeshan’s success grows, the musician has had to manage significant changes in his life. “Change can be scary, especially if you have got comfortable living a certain way but positive actions will have a ripple effect. I’ve seen it in my own life, things can get so much better.”

Described as a modern storyteller with the fingerprints of Bob Dylan and the echoes of Bob Marley in his music, Keeshan’s previous hit single Your Tribe is a call to keep moving forward, even when the road ahead feels uncertain.

RISING STAR

Jack Keeshan is not just another singer-songwriter with an acoustic guitar. His performances are electric, heartfelt, and deeply moving - a quality that has caught the attention of some of Ireland’s most beloved artists. Having shared the stage with acts like Damien Dempsey, Paddy Casey, Mundy, Róisín O, Liam Ó Maonlaí and Gemma Hayes, Keeshan is carving out his own unique space in the Irish folk and contemporary music scene.

“I wrote 'Your Tribe' from a place of hope,” Keeshan shares. “There comes a time when you realize you need to make changes - sometimes that means letting go of habits and people that no longer serve you. It can feel lonely at first, but if you stay true to yourself, you eventually find ‘your tribe’ - the people who lift you up and share your journey.”

Inspired by his own experiences, Keeshan’s lyrics capture the struggle of stepping away from what’s familiar - even when it’s harmful - and finding the strength to forge a new path. Tickets for this local music event at Nenagh Arts Centre are available at nenagharts.com, or at 067 34400.
