New occupants for Nenagh site

Banaghan & Co (Stationery) Ltd and commercial aircraft engine specialist Apex Aviation are to set up on the outskirts of Nenagh at Lisbunny.

Tipperary Co Council had sought expressions of interest in land it acquired at Lisbunny Business Park. Proposals were received in relation to a 19.2-acre industrially-zoned site.

Last month’s meeting of the council’s Nenagh Municipal District was informed that disposals to Banaghan & Co and Apex Aviation, which were approved by members at the council’s October plenary meeting, are being progressed by the Central Property Unit. It is the council’s intention to upgrade the roadway within this development.
