Cruinniú na nÓg, Ireland’s national festival of creativity for young people will be celebrated on Saturday, June 7, across Tipperary. This year’s theme is Unleash Your Creative Spark and there are over 40 events taking place across County Tipperary. Visit Art D Studio & Gallery in Borrisokane between 9.30am – 5.30pm where children and young people will get an opportunity to demonstrate their creativity both individually and then as a collective by joining together to create a large mural which will go on display in the local area. Paint faces of the world on giant murals with local artists. This is a drop-in event suitable for those aged 7 to 18.
Cloughjordan Circus Club invites you to their Circus Picnic Programme from 11.30am at the Village Green Cloughjordan where you can take part in fun activities like skipping, storytime, hulahoop workshops, parachute games and a performance. All events are free.

You have a special opportunity to design and create your very own silver ring with specialist Marie Therese Walker of MTW Jewellery Kickham Street Nenagh. This is a unique workshop for those aged 13-18 years and you will have your very own personally designed keepsake afterwards.
The children of the Unity Youth Hub from Borrisokane and Nenagh were busy over the past few weeks creating beautiful clay treasures with ceramic artist Olha Salikova, all are invited to Nenagh Tourist Office between 2 and 4pm where there will be a showcase of the works created! This is a drop-in event. All Cruinniú na nÓg events are free and we would love to see our young people come out on the day and get involved and perhaps discover a new passion.
