Cancer talk at Nenagh Library
Nenagh Library’s Healthy Ireland programme continues this June with a presentation by Professor Anne-Marie O’Dwyer, author of ‘The Cancer Guide: How to Nurture Wellbeing Through and Beyond a Cancer Diagnosis.’
A clinical professor at Trinity College Dublin, and a psychiatrist with almost four decades of experience, Professor O’Dwyer writes about cancer with humanity and clarity, helping to combat the myths and misinformation surrounding the disease in an age of information overload, and so her presentation should be of interest, not only to those living with cancer, but to the wider public as well.
A question and answer session will follow her presentation.
Event details - Date: Tuesday, June 10, at 6.30pm. This event is free of charge; however, booking is essential. To secure your spot, please call 067 34404.
