Don’t miss our Irish Workhouse Centre annual conference on Saturday, October 12, from 9.30am to 2.35pm. The conference is entitled ‘Patterns of Confinement: Response to Destitution in the Nineteenth Century’. Lunch and refreshments provided: €25 per person.
