File prepared for DPP following Templemore fatality

The man (20s) arrested in relation to the fatal hit and run road traffic collision at Clonmore, in the early hours of Monday morning, November 21, has been released from custody without charge.

A file will be prepared for the DPP.

The man had earlier been conveyed to Thurles Garda Station where he was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
