Knockavilla have made it three wins out of three after a low scoring game with Cahir in Dundrum on Saturday.
Emer Heffernan’s scores from play and placed balls were the difference as Knockavilla were never really threatened after they surged into a 0-6 to 0-1 first water break lead. Roisin Howard was very influential in the middle for Cahir, but Knockavilla were able to introduce county senior Ereena Fryday, who is nursing a knee injury, at halftime.

Borris-Ileigh led at half time, but Shannon Rovers amassed 2-9 in the second half versus four points for the visitors, resulting in a comfortable win for Shannon Rovers who recorded their third win.
