Tipperary's Hurling & Football League fixtures confirmed

Tipperary’s fixtures in the Allianz National Hurling & Football Leagues have been confirmed by the GAA.
The senior hurlers will be the first into action on Saturday 8th May when they take on the defending league and All-Ireland champions Limerick at the LIT Gaelic Grounds at 5.30pm.
The following Saturday evening, they will welcome great rivals Cork to Semple Stadium for a 7.30pm game while they will have another Saturday fixture when they host Galway on the 22nd with an earlier 1.30pm.
Tipperary’s final two hurling league games will be on the road, firstly against Westmeath in Mullingar with a 2.00pm throw-in, finishing up at Walsh Park against Waterford on Sunday 13th June at 1.45pm, a possible Munster semi-final precursor.
In the Allianz Football League Division 3 South, Tipperary will also begin away to Limerick, on Saturday 15th May with a 5.00pm. Their only home game will be against Wicklow on Saturday 22nd May at 4.30pm, after the senior hurlers clash with Galway. Their final match will be away to Offaly on Saturday 29th May at 5.00pm.
David Power’s charges are guaranteed a fourth game, either a league semi-final or a relegation playoff on the weekend of 12-13 June, depending on how they do in their three group games.
Semple Stadium, Thurles to also host two neutral venue National Football League games involving Cork and Dublin who were docked home games because of training outside the permitted dates.
On Saturday 15th May in Division 2 South, Cork take on Kildare at 3.30pm while on Sunday 23rd May great rivals Dublin and Kerry will square off at 1.45pm. However, no spectators are likely to be able to attend any of the National League games.
