Tipp Men’s Shed documentary on YouTube
On Friday, March 26th, at 7pm on YouTube, there will be a virtual gathering of all the Men’s Shed members of Tipperary celebrating the Men’s Shed movement.
The event will also focus on two key points of the Healthy Ireland initiative that the Tipperary members are ‘switching off’ and ‘keeping well’. Because of Covid restrictions, members no longer meet and chat so this documentary will bring them together through an online celebration of chat, music, demonstrations and laughter.
The documentary maker, Peter O Toole, who is also a member of the Hothouse Flowers, made contact with all the Men’s Sheds of Tipperary and also invited some musical friends to submit short videos of good wishes and songs and these include Mary Coughlan, John Spillane, Cormac Begley and Mundy.
The inspiring documentary brings together shed members and their family friends and relations from all over Tipperary.
