Car showroom plan for Nenagh

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for a new car showroom on the outskirts of Nenagh.

Michael Slattery is seeking permission for a new car showroom with part mezzanine for ancillary offices and a workshop repair area with ancillary rooms at Tullaheady. Permission is also sought for a new single-storey valeting/repairs building to the rear of the proposed showroom/workshop, along with a new roadside totem sign, boundary treatments, new set-back vehicular entrance from the Limerick Road (R445), car-parking and car storage areas for new and used vehicles, along with associated works.

The application is currently at pre-validation stage with the council and a decision is expected by February 22nd.
