McGeever for Swimming Euro's
Ballina's Finn McGeever will compete for Ireland at the European Junior Swimming Championships in Helsinki later this week.
The fifth year student at St Anne's Community College in Killaloe will be part of a strong Irish squad heading to the Finnish capital with McGeever competing in four events, beginning with the heats of the 400m freestyle this Wednesday morning, 4th July.
On Thursday morning, Finn takes to the pool again in the 200m butterfly, while on Friday he is a member of the 4x200m freestyle relay team with his final event bring on Saturday in the 200m freestyle.
