Community dwelling plan for Roscrea

The HSE is seeking planning permission for a new community dwelling to be run by the Daughters of Charity in Roscrea.

Tipperary Co Council has received an application for a single-storey extension to an existing dwelling house at Kamina, Birr Road. Internal and external renovations to the existing house, a new pedestrian gate in the front boundary wall, and associated site works are included in the plan.

The extended house is intended for use as a community dwelling managed by the Daughters of Charity Disability Support Service.
The council has marked the application “pre-validation” with a decision due by June 21st.
