Green light for Cloughjordan café

The green light has been given for new development at the Middle Country Café in Cloughjordan.

Cloughjordan Community Co-operative Ltd has been granted retention permission for the change of use of the existing ground floor area of the Main St premises from former public house use to restaurant/café use.

Conditional permission has been granted for the installation of a commercial kitchen, provision of refurbished welfare facilities and a minor rear elevation change to include exit door. The plan also involves provision of an outdoor seating area in the rear yard.
