Diecast model show in Roscrea

The Racket Hall in Roscrea will this Sunday host a display of diecast models and dioramas in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland.

This is the second show of its kind from a local group of model enthusiasts. Last year they held a display in Newport, which was a huge success and raised €1,292 for the Make A Wish Foundation.

This year the show is moving to the Racket Hall Hotel and the chosen charity is Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. Consisting of model farms, trucks, cars, tractors and doll houses, as well as vintage and modern Lego, the show will feature displayers from all over the country. There will be traders selling diecast models and doll house items, and there will also be a chance to win some great prizes.
