Rockabilly singer comes to Nenagh

Rockabilly performer Josh Christina is coming to Nenagh's Abbey Court Hotel in May.

A native of Baltimore, USA, Josh performs regularly across the US and is currently stunning audiences with his scorching, energetic and sometimes crazy performances.

Daryl Davis once said: “Josh Christina is the future of Rock ‘n’ Roll”. It has also been said that his performance is very similar to that of the great 'Jerry Lee Louis'.

After the release of his first album, his talents caught the attention of Nashville-based producer Kent Wells (Dolly Parton), who immediately got to work with Josh on his sophomore effort, 'Good Old Love' – which released in March 2015. Following on from that, again, Kent Wells and Josh combined their efforts, which saw the release of Josh’s current fantastic EP ‘I’m 21',’ available now at all major digital outlets worldwide.

A recent highlight for Josh is that of a sellout in NYC’s famed Metropolitan Room where he had attendees in awe of his incredible piano skills, unique vocal style and his overall impressive performance, which left the audience chanting for more!

Josh will be back to Ireland by popular demand after his scorching live performance on this season’s 'Late Late Show' on RTÉ 1.

'The Rockabilly Nights Tour' will see Josh perform across Ireland in counties Dublin, Donegal, Mayo, Offaly and in County Tipperary. His confirmed date for Nenagh's Abbey Court Hotel is May 26th. Tickets are on sale now on www.kemcglobal.com and via Josh Christina’s website, www.joshchristinamusic.com.
