Daffodil Day 2016 — Buying a Daffodil on March 11 helps in the fight against cancer

Wednesday, 9th March 2016: Taoiseach Enda Kenny was lending his support to Daffodil Day 2016 which takes place this Friday, 11th of March 2016. Daffodil Day is kindly supported by Dell.
Cancer survivors and volunteers with the Irish Cancer Society are calling on the public to help fight the cancer epidemic in Ireland. Over 40,000 people are now diagnosed with cancer in Ireland every year. This Friday, Daffodil Day volunteers in every community in Ireland will be collecting to help provide free services for cancer patients to address this epidemic.
