Francis Loughnane's public house and three residential apartments in Roscrea are the subject of separate auctions coming up next week.

REA Leinster Auctions is advertising Loughnane's pub on Castle St with an advised minimum value of €195,000. It is to be auctioned in Dublin on Tuesday December 8th.
The landmark premises has successfully traded as a public house for a long number of years. The auctioneers state that the bar area is in excellent condition though some improvements are needed to the overhead accommodation. The first floor comprises a living room, family room and bathroom while there are three bedrooms on the second floor.
The premises is currently leased and the lease expires on December 31st 2015. REA states that the Francis Loughnane trading name is not part of the sale.
Meanwhile, three apartments at Parkmore Court feature in the final Allsop auction of 2015, which is to take place on Wednesday December 9th. These include two first floor two-bedroom apartments and one ground floor two-bedroom apartment, all with reserves not to exceed €30,000.
