Motorists urged to adapt to the unseasonal weather

With an unseasonal wet and cool August Bank Holiday weekend expected, AA Roadwatch is urging motorists to adapt their driving to the changing weather. Rain is likely to continue throughout the weekend.

“Making sure your windscreen is clean with no streaks and changing your window wipers about once a year can really make a difference when it comes to road safety,” advises Arwen. “It’s also a good idea to check your tyre pressure and make sure they’re fit for driving by having a look at the tread depth.”
