Tipp's Munster Championship timings confirmed

At a meeting of the Munster CCC on Thursday last, the dates, times and ticket arrangements for the 2019 Munster GAA Hurling Championship were confirmed.

The first round of fixtures will take place on Sunday 12th May. Walsh Park, Waterford will be the venue for the throw-in of the Munster Senior Hurling Championship with Clare playing the hosts Waterford at 2.00pm while at 4.00pm, defending Munster champions Cork take on Tipperary in Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

The Electric Ireland Minor Hurling Championship games between the same counties will serve as the curtain-raiser to both fixtures.

Tipperary will host Waterford in Thurles on Sunday 19th May at 2.00pm before they have a weekend off with their round 3 game against Clare in Ennis on Sunday 2nd June at 4.00pm with the final game against Limerick having a 2.00pm start on Sunday 16th June.

All games with have minor championship games between the same counties as the curtain-raiser which will start two hours earlier.
