Tipp will travel to Cork in round 3

Tipperary will begin their first ever campaign in Division 1 of the Lidl Ladies National Football League with a trip to Mayo.

The Premier County, who have earned successive promotions over the past two years will mix it with the big girls for the first time, starting out with a trip to Mayo on Saturday 3rd February.

On the same weekend, league and All Ireland champions Dublin will face Donegal. TG4 All-Ireland Final runners-up Cork will also have home advantage against while Westmeath have home advantage for their clash with Monaghan.

Tipperary's first home game will see them entertain Dublin on Sunday 10th February, possibly as a double-header at Semple Stadium where the Tipperary senior footballers will be facing Donegal.

Round 3 on 23/24 February will see Tipperary face Munster rivals Cork before a week later making the long trip north to Donegal who defeated Tipp narrowly in the championship this summer.

Tipperary will host Galway in round 5 on St Patrick's Day before welcoming Monaghan to the Premier County a week later with their campaign culminating with a trip to Westmeath on 7th April.

The top four sides will progress to the league semi-finals on weekend of April 20/21, and the showpiece finals will be decided over the weekend of May 4/5. Only the team that finishes bottom of the table will be relegated.
