Kiladangan and Loughmore-Castleiney U8 sides impress with their hurling skills.

Busy weekend of County Finals

Sport and the chance to win some silverware makes a welcome diversion this weekend in these Covid-19 days.

While spectators will be missing from these eagerly-anticipated County Finals, communities across Tipperary will be hoping their club's colours will be adorning the trophies come the final whistle.

On Saturday, Lorrha will face Mullinahone in the FBD Insurance Tipperary Senior Hurling Seamus Ó Riain Cup Final. Then on Sunday Kiladangan will be flying the hopes of the north of the county when they tackle Loughmore-Castleiney in the FBD Insurance Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship Final. There are three finals down for debate in camogie as well. Drom & Inch tackle Clonoulty/Rossmore in the County Senior Camogie Championship Final while Shannon Rovers will battle it out with Thurles Sarsfields in the County Intermediate Camogie Championship Final and Nenagh Éire Óg face Éire Óg Annacarty in the County Senior Camogie League Final.

Best of luck to our local teams.
