Fleadh win for Nenagh school band

St Mary’s Convent Primary School Marching Band of Nenagh participated in the County Fleadh competition in Ballina last Sunday and won the Marching Band competition.

The school band co-ordinator Orna Fahy was presented with a cup on behalf of the band for their excellent display of music and dance as they marched through the streets of Ballina.

Each pupil received a gold medal for their participation in the performance.
