Nenagh fitness seminar in support of CARMHA

All are welcome to the Future Fitness seminar in aid of CARHMA Nenagh, taking place at the Abbey Court Hotel this Sunday, May 12th, from 12pm to 5pm.

The event is organised by Matt Cooney (MCFuturefitness owner) and Sharon Nagle (MCFuturefitness personal trainer). All proceeds from the seminar will go to local mental health charity CARMHA, which provides free, professional counselling and peer support services for addiction and mental health issues. The aim is to team up with CARMHA to help them promote mental health awareness in Ireland and try to break the stigma around mental health.

This Sunday's event is in conjunction with the upcoming MCFuturefitness charity photoshoot on June 15th. This is the third year running the shoot. The last two years have seen funds raised for mental health charity GROW.

Speakers & workshops: Six speakers will be involved across the day, delivering talks and workshops covering a wide variety of topics around health and wellness.
Fitness Classes: Free fitness classes running throughout the day including Yoga, Pilates, Boot camp and more.

Stands: There will be a number of local businesses present on the day offering advice and guidance including Free Health checks by Sylvia O'Rourke (@holisticpharmacistireland), CARMHA. There will also be competitions running across the day and everyone who attends will be entered into a draw to win some great prizes.

This will be fun family day out in which people can drop in, mingle, have a look at what's available and try it out if you want to. Entry is €15 per person and kids are free! Each ticket covers all talks and classes throughout the day, and you can choose what you want to go to.
