The Colour Run promises to be a fun filled activity on the Bank Holiday Monday.

Charity Colour Run at Obama Plaza

A large crowd is expected at the Obama Plaza in Moneygall on Easter Monday for a charity run in aid of the Moneygall Development Association in association with Skittles and a contribution will be made to Pieta House. You can walk, run and laugh your way through the Barack Obama Plaza 6km Colour Run in what promises to be a fun afternoon for all age groups to enjoy.

Henry Healy, the manager of the Barack Obama Plaza said that the event was a fun way to raise some much-needed funds for the two groups involved. “The plaza has a long-standing relationship with both the organisations we are raising funds for at this Colour Walk,” he said.

“We have helped to raise over €250,000 for over 50 local and national charities and associations since we opened our doors here. The Colour Run promises to be a fun filled activity on the Bank Holiday Monday that all the family can enjoy and registration starts at 11.15 in the Obama Plaza and the run starts at 12 noon at the GAA club.
