Closure of Nenagh's Market Cross

Tipperary Co Council has advised that the Market Cross junction in Nenagh will be closed for two weeks to facilitate road reconstruction routes.

The Market Cross (Kenyon/Pearse/Mitchel/Silver St junction) will be closed from November 6th to November 10th, 24 hours per day.

Diversion routes will be in place and clearly signposted and marshalled at all junctions.


Limerick Road Diversion: Ashe Road – Pearse Street – Thomas McDonagh Street – Martyr’s Road.
Thurles Road Diversion: – Martyr’s Road – Thomas McDonagh Street – Pearse Street – Ashe Road.
