Tipp poker player hopes for Grand Prix success

Padraig Lahart from Thurles will be watching the Russian Grand Prix with bated breath on Sunday, knowing that the outcome of the race will determine if he will win the holiday of a lifetime to Prague.

“I’m absolutely delighted to be in with a chance of winning a EPT Prague package, it would be the trip of a lifetime for me and a chance to meet a lot of professional poker players that I look up to,” said Padraig.

·     Max Verstappen will compete on Padraig’s behalf and if he speeds to victory, Padraig will be jetting off to PokerStars EPT Prague in December.

·     The prize includes a €5,300 Main Event seat, eight nights’ accommodation at the five star Hilton Prague Hotel, and approximately €500 spending money.

The first prize for the Main Event at EPT Prague last year was €675,000.

Drivers were randomly assigned to the top 20-placed Big Race players in the PokerStars and BetStars tournament.
