Houses planned for Ballina

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for a development of four houses in Ballina.

Applicant Tony McCormack is seeking to build four dwelling houses at development estate Radharc Moylussa, and all other ancillary site development works. The serviced sites have existing installed utilities, services and connections, roads and footpaths development granted under previous approved planning permissions.

A decision from the council is due by June 29 next.
