Houses for Terryglass

Conditional planning permission has been granted for three houses on the former site of a hostel in Terryglass.

Robert Ryan, Anne Heraty and Garret Roche are to construct three part two-storey detached dwelling houses on the footprint of a former hostel building (now demolished), at Oldcourt, Terryglass. Connection to the existing wastewater treatment system, access roadway, site entrances and all ancillary site works are also planned within the curtilage of Terryglass Castle, a recorded monument.
