Payment: All prices are in Euro and you will be charged in Euro. We will accept the following credit/debit cards for online payments. Visa, MasterCard & Laser. Nenagh Guardian Ltd promises not to store your Credit Card details after processing your order. Returning customers will have to key in their details again. Nenagh Guardian Ltd offers you various ways to purchase adverts or postal subscriptions. If you do not have a credit card or do not wish to use your credit card you may choose to purchase using a postal order, cheque or bank draft. These should be made payable to Nenagh Guardian Ltd. Once we receive and clear your cheque or money order we will process advert or subscription request. We can accept telephone orders also. You can order by telephoning us on 067 31214. Send cheque payments to: Nenagh Guardian Ltd, 13 Summerhill, Nenagh, Co Tipperary, Ireland. Please do not send currency unless by registered post. Postal Subscriptions Newspapers will be posted to subscribers every Wednesday. While it is our desire that these newspapers will be delivered promptly and we have the utmost faith in postal services, the delivery is outside our control. Please contact us regarding sending newspapers by Registered Post if you wish to guarantee delivery. Notice to Advertisers The acceptance of an advertisement or the payment thereof is not to be taken as implying any assurance that the advertisement will be published. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse to insert any advertisement without assigning any cause for such a refusal. In the event of a refusal to insert an advertisement they will refund any money paid in respect of same, but without compensation for any loss or damage sustained by non publication. Furthermore the proprietors reserve the right to discontinue the publication of any advertisement previously inserted. They also reserve the right to alter as they may think fit, any advertisement without allowing any compensation for such alterations. They do not guarantee the insertion of any advertisement on any specified day or at all whether or not a particular date has been stipulated by the person tendering or paying for such advertisement. The proprietors will not be liable for any loss occasioned by the fact that any advertisement does not appear on any specified day or at all. The proprietors do not guarantee the insertion of an advertisement in any special position and will not allow compensation for liability to insert an advertisement in a stipulated position. They also reserve the right to omit an advertisement from any particular edition or editions of the paper without compensation or allowance. Advertisements and payments therefore are accepted subject to the above conditions. Refunds/Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind and do not want you advert to appear in The Guardian, you have until 12 noon each Tuesday to contact us and we will cancel your advert and give you a full refund. Any cancellations after this time cannot be accommodated as production of the newspaper will be at an advanced stage.
In the unlikely event your advert does not appear as you had submitted we will give a full refund on the cost of the advert.
Cancelling Mail Order Subscriptions
You can at any time cancel your subscription. Just contact us and we will refund you for the remaining weeks you had ordered.
