GAA/GPA Opel All-Stars Players of the Month for September shortlisted
Three Tipperary men feature in the shortlist for the September Hurler of the Month award, after last months All-Ireland Final victory over Kilkenny.
While in the football, two nominees come from recently crowned All-Ireland champions Dublin, with losing finalists Mayo getting one nomination.
The shortlisted players are:
Football:
Brian Fenton (Dublin)
Michael Fitzsimons (Dublin)
Patrick Durcan (Mayo)
Hurling:
Séamus Callanan (Tipperary)
John McGrath (Tipperary)
Ronan Maher (Tipperary)
The winners of the GAA/GPA Opel Player of the Month Awards for September will be chosen by the inter-county playing body, and announced ahead of the presentation in Croke Park on Thursday 13th October.
