Excitement building as trap draw made for the kerry agribusiness irish st leger

This Saturday, 3^rd October, the Kerry Agribusiness Irish St. Leger returns to Limerick Greyhound Stadium. The trap draw for the First Round was made by the sponsors today. 66 Greyhounds will compete over 11 First Round Heats.

This year’s exciting line up sees a number of Derby entrants including Tyrur Tommy, Secreto, Paradise Maverik and Cunning Barney. As well as the Derby finalist’s Peregrine Falcon and Cable Bay, fresh from their recent Derby Final ready to compete in what has the makings of a very exciting event.

The Kerry Agribusiness Irish St. Leger will continue each Saturday over the coming 5 weeks, culminating in the Final on Saturday 31^st October. The stadium restaurant and admission packages are available to book now for all stages of the competition, including the Final.

This is the 13^th running of the event with Kerry Agribusiness as title sponsors. The Classic has been running since 1944 in Limerick, and is run over a distance of 550yds.
