No buyer for Terryglass homes

No buyer emerged for a lot of nine holiday homes at last Friday's BidX1 auction.

The Olde Court holiday home complex comprises of eight terraced three-bedroom holiday homes and  one terraced four-bedroom holiday home, ranging in size from 115 sq m to 180 sq m.

The portfolio was originally listed with a reserve not to exceed €850,000 but this was reduced to €750,000 prior to auction based on feedback during the BidX1 marketing campaign. There were no bids on the property.

Located 1.2km northwest of Terryglass village, the holiday homes require upgrading and come with vacant possession. They were being offered collectively.
