The annual St Patrick's Day Parade, which has become a colourful feature of the celebrations for the National Holiday at Newport in recent years will take place this year on this Saturday, March 10th, commencing at 1pm.
Newport Soccer Club, winners of the Best Club Award last year are hoping to retain their title and promise to have two very special surprise guests marching with their club.
Birdhill Tidy Village Committee float theme will focus on celebrating Birdhill as Ireland's Tidiest Town 2017 with a joyful street party theme, dancing and singing in the most colourful party clothes.
