Truck & tractor run for the Ballycommon Sponsored Ride

A truck & tractor run will set out from Ballycommon village this Saturday, February 24th, at 2pm.

Part of this year's Ballycommon Sponsored Ride, which is being held in aid of North Tipperary Hospice and Suaimhneas Cancer Support Centre in Nenagh, registration for the event will be from 1pm. People are invited to enter vintage and classic vehicles in the event, which will also feature a 'Kiddie's Corner' including a pedal tractor obstacle course. This will take place in the village car park at 1pm.

Excitement around BSR '18 is continuing to build with a recently announced prize draw to win a trip to Massey Ferguson's tractor factory in Beauvais, France. Proudly sponsored by Nenagh company Abbey Retail, the prize includes flights, accommodation, meals, a tour of the Massey Ferguson factory, and a guided sightseeing tour of Beauvais.

Entry for the draw costs €10. The draw will take place at the Thatched Cottage, Ballycommon, on Saturday April 21st. The Ballycommon Sponsored Ride itself will take place on Sunday March 18th. Check out their Facebook page for more information and regular updates.
