Weaving music for Cloughjordan Community Farm farm

Local act Weave will be joined by Ned Kelly and Maggie McEntee for a night of live music in aid of Cloughjordan Community Farm this Saturday.

With lots of wonderful musicianship to look forward to, the night will serve as a fundraiser towards the building of a new barn, as the farm's original barn was destroyed by fire last October. Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, Cloughjordan Community Farm is a self-sustaining, member-owned local enterprise using biodynamic and organic farming methods. It supplies fresh daily produce to over 70 households in the area.

Weave have a brand new set of songs to showcase and this Saturday's event promises to an inspiring night with the beautiful harmonies of Weave and their guests - Ned Kelly of the In Tune for Life Orchestra, accompanied by Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann musicians, and local singer-songwriter Maggie McEntee. Come and join us at Cloughjordan Parochial Hall at 7.30pm for a night to remember. Refreshments also available at the event.

The entry fee is €10 and tickets will be available at the door or can be purchased in advance from Centra, Murphy’s or Sheelagh na Gig in Cloughjordan.
