Nenagh Christmas Tree of Remembrance ceremony postponed

This year's Hospice Christmas Tree of Remembrance ceremony at Nenagh Courthouse has been postponed until Saturday week, December 16th, at 4pm.

The ceremony was to have taken place this Saturday but the Nenagh branch of North Tipperary Hospice advises that the event has had to be postponed due to circumstances beyond its members' control. It is understood that works are due to take place outside the courthouse over the coming days.

People can still make a minimum donation of €5 towards the Tree of Remembrance, the lights of which are a seasonal dedication to a departed loved one.

Envelopes are available for people to include the name of their deceased loved one along with their donation, which will be given to North Tipp Hospice. Envelopes are available at the Nenagh Guardian office and most banks in the town, and can be returned to any of these locations.
