Rescue helicopter memorial event in Nenagh

Members of Crossfit Nenagh will this Saturday perform a memorial workout in honour of the crew lost in the Irish Coast Guard Rescue 116 helicopter crash.

Commencing at 1pm, the workout will be a family event with a barbeque, bouncy castle and face painting. It will also be an opportunity for people to see what Crossfit is all about.

The Crossfit Nenagh 'box' is located at the back of the Fitness Factory just over the railway bridge at Tyone. Guests from other Crossfit boxes will be present, along with some family and colleagues of the R116 crew.

There will be a collection on the day with proceeds being donated to the RNLI rescue service. All are welcome!
